SEMINARS AND CONFERENCES!

These seminar focuses on churches and particularly the role of leadership in churches. Among churches that are very closely akin in doctrine, location similarities, age of the pastor and approach to worship; some flourish while others wither. What’s the difference? It’s pretty obvious that the problems with withering churches is not in heaven; it’s on earth, probably in the leadership. Or lack thereof!    So we here to teach the word of God & ministry challenges.

Every obedient follower of Jesus is a disciple. After every soul winning venture, we ensure that new convert is discipled in order to grow in the Christian faith and be firmly rooted in the word of God.

Christian discipleship is the process by which disciples grow in the Lord Jesus Christ and are equipped by the Holy Spirit, who resides in our hearts, to overcome the pressures and trials of this present life and become more and more Christ like. This process requires believers to respond to the Holy Spirit’s prompting to examine their thoughts, words and actions and compare them with the Word of God. This requires that we be in the Word daily studying it, praying over it, and obeying it.

After taking the new converts through discipleship, ensuring they are firmly rooted in the word of God, we mentor them into influential leaders to impact the world.
